You will need
240 g Choc Brownie Mix (1 pack)
2 large eggs
160 g unsalted butter (melted)
3 Tbsp water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water, then slowly add the melted butter while whisking until smooth.
- Add the Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased 20 x 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the desired firmness is achieved.
- Allow to cool in the dish before slicing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place
