Organic Dahl Mix BOMBAY TOMATO

From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Bombay Tomato Dahl mix. A unique, warming blend of spices and red lentils. Quick and easy to make, nutritious and delicious.

Spice level 2/4 - hearty and robust flavours for those who enjoy spice!

• Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
• Add 750ml (3 cups) boiling water + 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
• Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.  
• Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
