1x Garlic 75g

1 PACK IS EQUIVALENT TO 20 CLOVES OF GARLIC FLAVOUR (72G)

Replace 1 clove of garlic with 1 teaspoon of FreeFOD garlic replacer in any recipe. Sprinkle through the product and mix well, under heat if possible. Add to water or solid based foods and avoid adding to oil like many recipes show. Simply add later in the cooking process in this situation.

Uses: Sprinkle on top of chicken, prawns, tofu, roast potatoes, roast chickpeas to add flavour. Add to homemade dips.

El Socarrat paella rice 1kg is a premium short-grain rice ideal for making authentic paella or rice dishes. 

It has a mild flavour that absorbs the flavours of other ingredients beautifully. It is extremely absorbent and expands in width rather than in length, retaining its shape when cooked, making it non-sticky and not creamy.
