Just brought one of these knives. It is fantastic, very sharp with a double sided blade. Can cut sourdough like hot knife through butter. Easy to cut thin or thick slices. Very well made would buy again. Thank you
I bought the knife as a gift for a family member who was cutting a loaf of sourdough bread when I visited, his standard bread knife slipped on the crust and almost cut his finger!
