High protein low calories

This food is a life saver great macros I have this for lunch everyday and helps keep by calories in a negative while giving the protein I need. Could recommend this product more then I do.

This is actually my favourite flavour of the 4

I really like the peppery taste and the earthy mushroom notes. I've tried all 4 flavors and this is the one I keep on going back to. I personally love having a nice runny sunny side-up egg along with it and mixing it in with the seasoning.


It is actually very good. I was surprised. Not slimy or weird tasting. I hint of spicy but great flavor and texture.

High protein ramen!

I’ve been doing the high-protein ramen thing for a while now, and have tried most of them. These are hands down the best I’ve ever had.


Amazing!! I added some fresh veggies, frozen Oregon Bay shrimp and my left over local oysters for the perfect hassle free dinner! I've only tried the moringa with sesame garlic, but immediately ordered more in this flavor. This will be a staple in my pantry.
